On this time's POP-UP FEATURE, we bring to you 019 STUDIO SESSIONS! PUPUPUPU 🔥🤌
The 019 Gang is Chrizlly (Sanele Mndebele) who is the founder and the Director of 019 SS,
Phatho Everyday (S'boniso Mcwango) who is the studio manager and also the host & Cyril Tsepo Nkosi who is the sound engineer. 019 Studio Sessions closely work with Njabulo, Zinhle Manana, DJ Black, Heaven's ,Kwanele Msibi & Demba Rishko.
"The whole idea started when we realized that people can't perform and it was during covid times so performing was forbidden so we thought we'd call people and come perform on our show,"
Chrizlly shared the idea with Phatho Everyday (S'boniso Mncwango) & Cyril (Tsepo Nkosi) who was also intrigued by the whole concept.
"It started as the Kasi Fam life studio sessions but then it didn't rhyme right, we then decided to go with (019) that's the stand number of the studio and the name of our record label. That's when we decided to go with (the 019 Studio sessions). We started the show and people really came to our show. That's when things kicked off,"
They then decided to add presenters so they could host the show, that was Gee'ftie Mckhonza & Luyanda Mokoena.
"We want this to be the biggest show in Ermelo and reach an International level,"
They want the community to engage with them since it's not only about musicians only. It also includes motivators, Chefs, Preacher's etc.
